We are delighted to announce that our Colleague of the month for September 2019 is Geriant Williams.

Geraint was selected by the Senior Management team as the recipient of the award based on his dedication to company values (Passion, Innovation, Care) and results.

PASSION – Geraint enjoys challenge. Demand significantly increased over the last month for boxes, the increased output from Geraint allowed us to meet customer demand. His self-motivation and drive to ensure all customer requirements were met was greatly appreciated.

INNOVATION – Geraint constantly looks for ways to improve and reduce time in box manufacturing process.

CARE – Geraint applies high standards to each and every task and encourages the rest of the team to do the same.

Geraint is an exceptionally valuable member of the team and he was presented with the award and a £100 M&S voucher by Joe Diamond, Director – Pitreavie Group.
